Centelon began in Melbourne, Australia, with a clear vision. We wanted to be a technology company that addressed two fundamental challenges observed in the business landscape – first, the tendency of companies to lose their entrepreneurial zeal as they grow, and the second, to change the disparity in incentives between those who started the company and its employees, over me.

Centelon was established to resolve these challenges through a combination of structure, process, and culture. We believe that the entrepreneurial spirit – which we defined from the beginning as eager, ambitious, and nimble – is the ideal state of being. We want to scale with this spirit, and that can only be possible by empowering the employees who act like founders of this group’s direction and growth, every day. This is also why we have no designated single founders. Lastly, we are proudly Australian and want to give back to the communities that surround us.

Our Goals

Since 2016, the Group has grown profitably, tended by careful, traditional values, and now includes the following businesses: Centelon Solutions, Sibiliti, Bizessence, and Centelon Public Sector, with three more being incubated. Every vertical is headquartered in Australia, with a global presence, and the distinction of being profitable startups from Day 1.

We are named for Centellion, the largest of all standard dictionary numbers.

Logo - Asterisk Symbol

Our logo, drawn from the asterisk symbol, stands for the infinite solutions possible for every challenge, as well as stands for “select everything" in programming; the basis of all digital solutions.

Logo - Triangles

The five triangles in our logo stand for the colours in the light spectrum, and represent our end-to-end digital offerings across hardware, software, human-ware, network-ware, and process-ware.

Logo - Human Figure

The space in between these triangles is a human-like figure, representing our people-first philosophy. The widespread arms of this figure stand for our approachable, responsive, agile, and forward-thinking brand personality.
